Breaking up is hard to do.

Moving is hard.  Just to be clear, I have no doubts that we are in the right place.

It's just that we have grown and growing is hard.

And more than that, my beloved Texas friends are moving on...without me.  And it breaks my heart a little.

Seeing pictures and hearing stories of Halloween, camping, races, and girl time that I should be participating in with my peeps leaves me with a knot in my stomach and a lump in my throat.

I'm happy for my friends - I just miss, miss, miss them.  I know it takes time - I'll make new friends - life will go on....but it hasn't yet.

So, for today I am sad.  'Cause breaking up is hard to do.

Oh, Lindsey, you are so missed. I still cry every day about the friends who have left me this summer. Moving is hard. Being left behind is hard. Life is hard. But it's also beautiful. And I'm so grateful for our friendship. I love you!

We haven't forgotten you! Truly it isn't quite the same with the shake up of things this summer. Miss you!

We miss you too here in Utah. But we are so happy to have seen. You can take your family out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of the family. You really made Texas special for me and now you are doing the same in Saudi Arabia. Enjoy rasberry lemonade for your "old" mother-in-law!
Lots of love.

Hey, we miss you so much. Life is not the same without our Law's! My heart ached when I saw Tal's baptism pictures. I was sad that we couldn't be there. The bottom line, my heart aches too!
